Fitness coaching is a great way to add to your current training program or to simply help make sure you are getting your butt in the gym!
If you are training with a trainer two or three days a week but feel you do not have the self motivation to get an extra workout in on your own, you can have a FITNESS COACH call you before your workout and motivate your butt to the gym! As well the FITNESS COACH can call again after the workout to check up on you that you actually did go! It's a great way to stay on track when training on your own.
Another option is if you feel you dont want a trainer at this time but still need the motivation, you can have a FITNESS COACH call you before and after every workout you do to.... MAKE SURE YOU ARE TRAINING!!
